You’ve finished setting up your gaming PC with Windows 11, but it’s having trouble connecting to your home network. After trying the command prompt and using CMD, you’re still facing issues with keyboard responsiveness. You might want to check your network adapter settings or try restarting both the PC and router. If problems persist, consider consulting a technician or checking for driver updates.

Are you sure your mouse is operational? It appears trackpads on recent laptops aren't functioning properly in Windows 10/11 via Windows PE and OOBE. It looks like newer devices might need extra drivers to work at all. You can attempt using Alt+Tab to open the Command Prompt and make it active.

Thanks for the guidance! It actually worked out on its own. After several attempts with OOBE, it launched into the recovery mode and prompted me to set up ASUS Armory Crate and Intel LAN drivers. It also skipped the network selection entirely. Odd, considering I’ve noticed Windows 11 struggling to detect networks on a Surface Go 2 before. Honestly, I’m confused about why that “setup Internet later” feature was removed.

The goal is to encourage users to adopt Microsoft accounts, as there are financial incentives involved.
