Hey, I see the problem. Your Windows isn’t updating properly because of issues with your RTX graphics card game crashes. It looks like the update feature is blocking or failing. Try restarting your PC or checking for any driver updates related to your graphics card.

Game crashes seem connected to drivers. Get the update directly from Microsoft's site and install it.

You can get it by downloading the manual update from Microsoft's website, as you did before. Just follow the instructions there.

Microsoft is releasing the 1809 update gradually across different groups, allowing more time for preparation. Users are encouraged to wait until the update reaches their devices before proceeding. Why would someone feel the need to update hastily?

Well, it seems there are some ongoing updates for Windows 10 October 2018, but they’re coming out in stages. Some systems are affected because of certain software or hardware that needs patching before the update can be applied. Trying to force the installation isn’t advised. If you encounter BSODs, crashes, failed updates, or unusual behavior, it might be linked to these changes.

For those using iCloud version 7.7.0.27, you’re likely blocked due to sync problems. Apple is addressing the issue and should release a fix soon. The F5 VPN client app is also restricted, as it doesn’t function properly after updates. Microsoft has shared a workaround for this situation.

If you have a Trend Micro product like OfficeScan or Worry-Free Business Security, you’re blocked too. They’re developing a solution, and they’re investigating whether AMD will release an update for affected GPUs.

It’s common for Windows updates to cause these kinds of restrictions. Companies often work closely with Microsoft to resolve problems, and customers are kept informed through updates or official notices. This process helps ensure stability and security before the final fix is deployed.
