I'm trying to assist your sister and brother in helping their Wi-Fi reach a nearby tiny house. They purchased a Wineguard ConnecT 2.0, which can detect Wi-Fi from a distance but only provides 37% signal strength, so it won't connect. You're considering an Ubiquiti light beam solution and wondering if it would extend or boost the signal so the device can connect. Would this beam send the same Wi-Fi signal? Never used a light beam before but by the sounds of it so long as you can get line of sight from one building to the other than there nano beams work really well. It would require power at the other end and a modem to broadcast the wifi but it would be the best option for a strong connection.
