When purchasing GTA V on PC, I thought it would work on Steam. It actually activated on Social Club instead. I wanted Steam for in-house streaming because my laptop isn’t powerful enough. Now I’m wondering if it’s possible to stream the game from my PC to my laptop with low latency, given I have a strong router. TL;dr: can I stream GTA V from PC to laptop with minimal lag outside Steam?

You can also stream inhome on non-steam titles if they're in your collection: locate "Games" in the top menu and select "Add non-steam game to my library."
