Using a Raspberry Pi with a VPN, I'm trying to send the connection via USB Ethernet to an access point. Once connected, it shows up as eth1 in 'ifconfig'. I need to configure it so the connection acts as an output instead of input. The system is running a full Raspbian image, and I'm seeking guidance on this setup. Any advice would be helpful!

There seems to be some concern about using USB to Ethernet connections. These connections are designed to send Ethernet traffic through the USB port, which may not function correctly in reverse. Try flipping the setup so USB becomes the input and Ethernet the output.

Thanks, I'll give it a shot. I've used the adapter before to transmit the signal and it functioned properly. After spending many hours reviewing the Acceptable Use Policy for my school network, it clearly states you can't try to reach Pornography or illegal download sites... I'm not trying to access either, just use FB, IG, SC etc. during lessons, and my plan also includes a web filter to block those sites.
