Hi, I bought a "Vr ready" CyberPower gaming PC for this exact model: https://www.bestbuy.com/site/cyberpowerp...Id=6290721. When I turned it on, it seemed completely fake. To install the Windows Mixed Reality VR portal, I needed 1809 or higher. The update tool would download and run but would freeze near the end, showing only a dotted circle loading animation and stuck at 81%. I realized it was stuck because I left the PC on for over 10 hours while updating, and it stayed at that low percentage. I need assistance upgrading the system so I can use it as intended.

Do you have your files safely stored? Could you walk through a process to reset the PC if necessary? I recommend starting with an ISO from Microsoft and attempting an upgrade. You can use a browser extension that switches your user agent to Linux, which will generate the ISO instead of the media creator. Just double-click it to mount the file and run setup.exe. If that doesn’t work, create a bootable USB from the ISO and wipe it clean. Let me know if you need further guidance.
