Hello everyone, I'm planning to set up a new system. I already have a full Windows 8 license (no upgrades). My data is stored on a 1TB HDD. In the new build, I intend to use an SSD as the boot drive. You can transfer Windows to a different system, but I'm not sure how to do that. I tried searching online, but I didn't find a clear solution for my question. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated! Best regards, Len

You might need to turn off Windows 8 on your HDD and then install it on the SSD after the SSD is set up. After that, activate Windows using the same key. I'm not entirely confident about this, but others might confirm it.
