I'm working on moving several files into a 4TB Crucial P3 SSD inside a Sabrent USB-C M.2 case. It's running on Ubuntu with rsync, and I'm encountering repeated issues. Errors include write failures, read-only problems, and failed directory creation. After each failure, the drive unmounted and the copy stops. I've tested multiple enclosures and SSDs, but the problem persists after large transfers. Could this be due to overheating or controller overload? Any suggestions on troubleshooting steps would be greatly appreciated.
