All your personal files are stored on the HDD, but you don’t want to erase it. Your PC is running slowly, yet you have an SSD. You need to transfer just the Windows files to the SSD without wiping the entire drive.

Reinstall on the SSD would be ideal, and maintain your personal files on the HDD for backup? Or do you prefer to retain the current setup? Cloning it would be the next step.
