You can relocate ADs at the bottom of the newest video ad. There’s likely a way to do this without needing an extension. This visual should help clarify the process.

It seems the income comes from purchasing the product advertised, though I might be mistaken.

It happens when you click an ad, and you have the option to turn it off on YouTube. That’s what I do.

The 4790K isn't necessarily limited by the 260X; they're separate components with their own specifications.
