A quick search reveals many free options. Just be careful not to install extra bloatware. Since I haven’t used it, I can’t suggest a program.
Daemon tools lite includes this feature natively, acting more like a plug-in.
I rely on UltraISO. It functions similarly to WinRAR, offering an infinite trial.
