I execute the ISO directly from the running Windows environment, but it prompts a restart and then installs via the standard method. I was attempting to discover a faster installation approach since I thought it might be quicker.

You cannot create a new Windows copy from an existing setup. You must start from the installation media to install it elsewhere.

It's not the case. In fact, it would likely be slower because the OS is already utilizing the hardware. During installation, it operates solely on hardware resources.
