You're looking to transfer the bootloader from an HDD to an SSD. You want to switch to using the SSD for Windows installation and don't know the steps involved.

Boot loader doesn't hold the operating system. It just holds the boot loader itself. Moving it might show the Windows logo, but without the OS files you'll be stuck. Instead, install Windows on your SSD without connecting the HDD, and adjust your BIOS/UEFI to start from the SSD if needed. Once installed, the Windows will be ignored.

I've installed Windows on the SSD, but I can only boot using the HDD connected. Could you assist me with this issue?

It could be challenging. Consider reducing the partition size slightly, then disconnect the HDD and start using the Windows installer from a USB drive. Apply "fix boot" if needed. An alternative method involves shrinking the partition, reserving space at the beginning, and cloning a bootable partition from the HDD to an SSD using Macrium Reflect. For partition management, MiniTool Partition Wizard is recommended. Perform all steps while the HDD is unplugged (except during cloning). You might also try the bootalbe Windows installer and fix boot automatically—this depends on how your SSD is set up.

Adjust the EFI partition based on your BIOS settings. If possible, use EasyUEFI to create the EFI entry, otherwise perform recovery windows via USB first.
