You can transfer the Program Files folder from Windows 7 to Windows 10 and use it in dual boot. This allows you to run the same applications without reinstalling everything. However, keep in mind that the folder is linked to the specific OS and registry settings of each version.

It could function, but since it's on a different operating system, some features might fail. Programs could place unexpected data in other areas or alter settings, leading to issues. Give it a shot and see how it goes—it really varies based on your setup.

Likely unsuccessful, most installers alter registry settings that aren’t saved, plus data kept in appdata...

You might consider doing this only if it brings some benefit, but it could also cause discomfort.

Numerous paid job application requests. For platforms like drivers, chrome, skype, etc., I’ll definitely reinstall them.

Almost every application fails unless it’s designed for installation and available in a portable format.

Application Mover is a utility that shifts installed applications from one directory to another on your hard drive. It gathers files listed in the 'Current Path' section (refer to below) and transfers them to the 'New Path' location. The tool also checks the Windows registry for file references in the 'Current' field and updates those links to point to the 'New' path.

This only updates the current registry, not the one on the Windows 10 partition.
