No problem at all. Reboot is necessary. Why not try Macrium Reflect instead?

No, that won't work. Even with a clean setup it would be risky. Perform a fresh installation—it's simple.

When the OS is divided into partitions, you may proceed. Otherwise, a fresh installation would be advisable.
