I'm an engineering student and downloaded AutoCAD, Inventor, 3D Max, plus two more Autodesk programs. My internet is slow, so I saved them on my old laptop at my friend's place. I need to transfer them to my desktop PC for school use. How can I do that? Also, I can't download them at home—thanks in advance!

They were already set up before you started. That means you don’t have to do anything extra. Adding a program usually requires updating the registry, which can be difficult when dealing with files alone. tl;dr: no need to install further
