Hello everyone, I recently purchased an SSD for my laptop and swapped in the optical drive for the SSD inside a caddy. I’m planning to move my operating system over to the new SSD. I’ve looked into it and found Paragon Software might help, but I’m unsure since my HDD is 1 TB while the SSD is only 120 GB—though I know it’s sufficient for the OS. I’m not sure if there’s any tool that can simply copy the OS to the SSD. If that option isn’t available, how do I transfer my Windows key to a clean installation on the SSD?

It was included with Windows. Appreciate it! I'll give it another shot.

It’s like setting up a fresh Windows installation? How would that move your operating system to the SSD? I haven’t used the Windows Media Creation Tool before, and I’m a bit concerned about losing my files.
