You can move files between PCs in Windows 10 offline via Wi-Fi by using cloud storage services or file sharing tools. Since your homegroup is no longer available, consider setting up a shared network folder or using a third-party service like OneDrive, Dropbox, or a local NAS. Let me know if you need guidance on any specific method!

create a hotspot on your phone without needing an internet connection. link both computers together. install 'dukto r6' on each device, launch the app, and you'll be able to share files between them. you can also find dukto on the Windows Store, and the setup process is straightforward.

You could set up a shared network folder on one device, then link it from the other using file explorer and move files between them. Simple. https://www.lifehacker.com.au/2011/06/ho...r-network/

I previously sent files this manner, but it no longer functions following recent Windows updates.

I thought that too... my friends are facing the same issue... a few cafes had to revert their desktops to an older version of Windows, turn off updates, just to allow file sharing.

It's unusual that everything functions here, even on a brand new laptop where I had to transfer files. It was simpler there since I used my Microsoft account for both accounts and shared the Documents folder. Both systems still manage to connect to my Fedora Samba server using a different username and password from my Microsoft account.

It's even more unusual that I'm running the newest release. I'm aware of certain governments and organizations using a tailored version of Windows that's controlled. Could be connected to that.
