Hello. The IBUYPOWER PC I purchased includes a keyboard and mouse. I’m unsure how to adjust the monitor brightness through keyboard commands since the brightness controls are linked to the keyboard’s RGB settings. My model is KB-IBP-014.

I believe the Fn + Pg Up or Pg Dn shortcuts merely adjust the keyboard's RGB brightness. If this is true, your keyboard lacks any control options. When Windows 10 is installed, right-click the Start button and select Mobility Center; there you can modify the brightness using a slider. For Windows 11, the fastest method is to left-click the network/volume/battery icon, which includes a slider for brightness adjustment.
