I'm dealing with an AMD PC using a TPM chip instead of ftpm. Disabling the TPM 2.0 and enabling ftpm hasn't resolved the problems. Both the chip and ftpm report that updated Secure Boot certificates exist but aren't yet applied to the firmware. Follow the official guidance to finish the update for proper protection. The Event Viewer shows a critical failure—TPM health checks indicate a failed component, and the device won't pass attestation. Despite driver and BIOS updates, the issue persists. Your specs are: Windows 11 Pro, CPU Ryzen 7 5700X3D, GPU RX 7600, 32GB DDR4, TPM 2.0.
