I believe your parts include a TPM, covering both CPU and motherboard. The BIOS shows it's always active. It's been running smoothly since you installed the new SSD and explored Windows 11. Here are your specs: CPU - Ryzen 7 2700X GPU - RX 580 8GB M.OBI - RAM - Corsair Vengeance 16GB 3000MHz SSD - Samsung 980 Ti (Windows C Drive) HDD - Barracuda 1TB PSU - ROG STRIX 750W 80+ GOLD

If this matches the issue you're facing, then it's not something I'm aware of. You might consider using a dedicated hardware TPM or updating your BIOS to the most recent release.
