Maybe. Possibly. 2% chance. Or you could get a little USB adapter/PCIe card.

I understand, but right now it's my sole way to access the internet on my computer... (especially since I'm on a tight budget, hehe)

Choose a PCIe Wi-Fi card. Since the router isn’t powerful, the connection won’t be fast. What bandwidth are you aiming for?

If you own the equipment, why not give it a shot? Review the instructions and the online interface for available choices, though many routers don’t support this feature.

It appears you aim to establish a wireless connection between your WDR4900 and the main router. Check if both devices can communicate using WDS. Although this isn't the best configuration due to potential latency issues, it should meet your basic needs. Don’t expect high performance in speed or stability.
