Hey there! I just installed the TP-Link AC1200 Wi-Fi/Bluetooth PCIe adapter, and it worked immediately after plugging it in. A few days later I noticed it had Bluetooth enabled, but when I checked the website or tried to connect, it kept saying I didn’t have a Bluetooth connection. I downloaded both the Wi-Fi and Bluetooth drivers, though I’m not sure if that helped. The Bluetooth icon isn’t showing up in the taskbar, and connections always fail. I’ve reset my PC already, but nothing changed! Any tips or solutions would be super helpful. Thanks!

Several converters employ a built-in USB connector for the Bluetooth section. Have you connected it to a USB port on the motherboard?

I should have noted that too—I think the Wi-Fi would fail if the USB header was damaged. I used an old PCIe Wi-Fi adapter before, and it functioned properly. The issue with Bluetooth is bothersome!

WiFi should function properly. The header doesn't need to be connected for WiFi, just for Bluetooth.

Really? That's odd... I'll attempt to reinstall it and see if that resolves the issue.

It would be hard to believe what was missing... Bluetooth functions! Honestly, I think I connected it.
