Hello, I recently purchased a new phone and noticed signal bars along with an X symbol. In the settings, it recognizes the brand name correctly. I’m completely confused about its identity—I usually know how to look it up. Sometimes it disconnects even when I’m not in the same room as the router, which might point to a router issue but isn’t sure if that’s the case.
