Hello, first a little back story. I have recently discovered a slight problem with charging port on my laptop. The port is Thunderbolt 3 and it came loose because of a small incident in which the laptop has fallen from a small height but sadly landed on the port in which was a cable inserted at the moment. First I tried the second Thunderbolt port that is available on the computer even tho its not originally intended for charging. It didnt work. This resulted in me taking a closer look in the guts of the laptop and taking it apart. I have come to conclusion that I dont have the necessary tools since the port is shielded with a tiny metal sheet and because of that i am unable to reach it for resoldering to place (dont worry I wouldnt do that personally). The main problem started after i have put everything together. I tried again the second port and it somehow worked, so I said to myself that i wouldnt bother with repair of the port for now and would carry on with using the second port. I then started using the laptop but after about 30 minutes or so of use, the keyboard would take inputs with delay and only one key at a time. Touchpad is not usable after the keyboard starts having problems. (mouse is working without problems) I have tried diagnosing the issue but was unsuccesful (reseating the connections on the motherboard) First of my ideas was thermal issues, so I ran a benchmark on the cpu and it only hit about 60 degrees on 70 percent usage. The problem started again. But I am probably still going to repaste the cpu because i have bend the mb a bit so im not sure if the whole die has suffitient cooling in all places as the mechanical stress may have caused some issues. The next thing is the battery, its at 60 percent capacity at best, mostly not connected with the main problem but I wanted to mention it just in case. Thank you very much for your tips and any advice in advance.
