I thought it would be a good idea to play this game during the free weekend since it’s available on Steam. I adjusted all the settings and instantly started the benchmark. The results showed an average of 58 FPS, with high scores around 70 FPS and low scores near 51 at 2560x1080 resolution. I then tried running it at 1920x1080, which brought the average down to 60 FPS. After disabling AA and SSAO, the average improved to 65 FPS. The system specs are on the lower side; my GPU is overclocked significantly—clock speed +260 and memory +409. SLI is enabled and VSYNC is off. It seems this game is either very demanding on the GPU or not fully optimized. Lucky I didn’t run it with an overkill card, otherwise things could have been worse.

980Ti SLI offers a powerful configuration! It might help to disable SLI and use a single GPU for better performance. Certain titles struggle to run smoothly with SLI.

I made the changes, the frame rate increased by another 10 FPS. The GPU utilization is around +95% across both cards. I should locate that article.

It seems you're adjusting the configuration for optimal performance. Consider disabling Extreme and selecting the performance mode instead.
