Thanks everyone, I’ll go with Steam and G2A. The VAT is around 23%, so it’s almost the same—just a few euros less than Steam. My desktop is all set, and I’m excited to start playing games!

On G2A you can choose your location freely. Certain areas offer reduced VAT. It’s possible to understand my point without being told.

I don't use G2A. I prefer Steam or Origin. I tried Green Man Gaming once and everything worked fine.

I rely on steam, origin, gog, humblebundle, and amazon. I’ve never faced issues; gog is the top choice because it’s free with DRM and they’ll refund any game bought within 30 days. Steam, humblebundle offers the best deals that carry over to steam, and I use amazon for physical copies. I’m not familiar with g2a, but I just checked their website—it looks legitimate.

G2A Humble Bundle Bundle is popular for locating the most affordable prices on games. Cheapshark helps compare various sellers and reveals the lowest ever price for a title, ensuring you get the best deal. However, Cheapshark doesn’t display G2A rates since G2A operates differently. You’ll need to check G2A directly yourself.

Check reputable platforms such as Steam, GOG, GreenManGaming, Gamersgate, and Humble Store for legitimate game purchases. Other options may exist, but I’m not aware of them. Regarding services like G2A, there are risks since they facilitate key reselling similar to eBay for games, which could lead to stolen or used keys causing issues. Generally, using these sites carries some risk, so proceed at your own discretion. I don’t personally endorse any site that enables key trading.

Green Man Gaming offers constant deals without the hassle of gray market CD-key sites. Steam and Origin shine during promotions—Origin currently has a 50% off Spring Sale. Humble Bundle occasionally provides solid bundles, though its in-store experience isn’t outstanding. GOG is another solid choice, particularly for older titles, and they also run occasional big sales. I’d avoid questionable reseller sites like G2A, Kinguin, and similar platforms unless they were your only choice.
