I'm on the same page regarding point one. I've been using ExpressVPN for five years without any problems. Recently, I switched from DD-WRT on my WRT3200ACM to their firmware. It feels like a full package now—no boost to the antenna to 70dBm, which was just my preferred setting, so it's not a major issue. ExpressVPN operates outside the reach of Five Eyes, Nine Eyes, and 14-Eyes jurisdictions. Unlike NordVPN, IPVanish, TunnelBear, or VyprVPN, these services are subject to those same regions. Companies in those areas could be forced to share customer data, and they rarely inform you about it.
