You're new to building your setup and unsure about games to try. If you're tired of first-person shooters, consider exploring other genres like strategy, role-playing, or multiplayer experiences. Let me know if you'd like suggestions!

Skyrim with mods is often suggested, yet many prefer titles like Half Life 2 and Portal. There are countless games—new and classic—offering diverse experiences, making it easy to discover something enjoyable. Visit Steam and explore the store; check out platforms like GMG and Gamersgate. I could list thousands of games and share my experience, but I’d rather you enjoy a few well-chosen titles instead of feeling overwhelmed by endless options. Choose something you genuinely like and commit to playing it. Avoid buying everything at once to prevent being lost in a long backlog.

right now, the total war games are really impressive. Alien isolation sounds promising, I plan to try it out. Zigguart (kind of FPS) Darkest Dungeon is supposed to be awesome. Kerbal Space Program and Space Engineers are solid choices. Avoid most early access titles unless you’re certain about them. A steam sale is coming up soon (just like seasons change), so you might want to save up for something you really want.

It's an excellent title if you're comfortable with intense playthroughs
