From your chart, it looks good to keep the Gigabyte Pro Wifi. You’re only overclocking the CPU, so that’s fine. Regarding power, an 850W PSU should handle the load, but air cooling at high speeds may cause overheating—monitor temperatures closely. For the voltage, since the 9900K can run on lower voltages, you might reduce the boost by 1-2 volts for boot and AVX parts instead of raising it to 3.

However, certain situations are too unique to analyze thoroughly, which explains why a decent 9700K might run at 5.1Ghz with just 1.28V, while a poor 9900K demands 1.33V to maintain stability at 5.0Ghz. You won’t be able to give precise voltage settings; you’ll have to test them yourself. Still, it’s clear: the steady-state voltage should be at least 0.03V above your minimum boot voltage. If your cooling system performs well and your clock speed stays under 5.1Ghz, aim for a temperature that keeps everything safe. Starting from 4.8°C per core is a solid baseline.
