While studying CPU overclocking, I discovered what stability tests entail. Currently, I rely on Prime95 or Aida64 to verify my OC stability, but these tools require extended waiting periods. I’m looking for the most efficient and reliable testing software until I upgrade my system. Presently, I use an AMD Athlon II X4 635 with the built-in cooler and a FOXCONN A6GMV motherboard. The power supply is average, yet my system draws minimal power—so even a strong server would perform well. I reached a speed of 3.3GHz and believe I can go higher.

I rely solely on Intel Burn Test, it functions perfectly for me. I've never experienced instability as long as the CPU meets the 20 high preset requirements.

The goal of stability testing is to ensure it's not just a quick fix. OCCT completes the process in about 3 hours, which I believe is significantly faster than the 24-48 hours suggested for Prime95.
