Hey there, I'm facing some FPS issues in Hunt Showdown with my 1440p monitor. After lowering the quality to the lowest, I still can't reach 60 FPS. I've checked various resolutions—like 2048x1152, 1920x1440, 1920x1200, etc.—but I'm unsure which one preserves the best visual quality. Should I stick with the highest resolution regardless of aspect ratio, or is 1920x1440 better because of its correct height? Or is 1280x720 actually the safest since it's half the native resolution and avoids rounding errors? It's been a bit confusing after setting up my monitor and searching online. Thanks for helping!

Upscaling maintains resolution by predicting nearby pixels, essentially enlarging each one. This method expands a single pixel into four, ensuring smooth performance at 60fps.

High resolution displays struggle with 1080p and below. Gradually increase the remaining specifications to achieve the necessary frames.

I recommend trying it on your own screen.

It depends on your monitor setup. For your Dell U2715H, you can choose between 1280x720 and 1920x1080 based on resolution needs. There are websites that recommend settings for different displays, but testing in games is a good way to find what works best.

With a native size of 2560x1440, the closest lower resolution that maintains perfect scaling is 1280x720. Additionally, based on your CPU, you might not see much improvement by reducing the resolution further.

The idea of perfect scaling at half resolution is false. Most displays don’t use this method. Test it for yourself.

It functions correctly as intended. 960x540 provides a precise 1:4 scaling across all my 1080p displays.

That's interesting, haven't you? I'm curious about the specific models you're referring to. Could you provide more details?
