I own an AMD FX 6300 running at 4.4 ghz with 8GB of 1866 RAM. My GTX 560 Ti is updated with the latest drivers, and while playing Minecraft generally causes stutters I hadn’t before, I stopped overclocking after a GPU reset and removed MSI Afterburner. I also notice some ground visibility often. My goal is to create YouTube videos covering TF2, GMod, Minecraft, and possibly BF4—though making Minecraft content feel playable isn’t working yet.
I really enjoy working with Dxtory. It's great for live streaming.
I believe your setup could easily manage Minecraft recordings. FRAPS works but isn’t the most efficient. I’m planning to experiment with other recording programs. If you’re not interested in free options and want the top choice, a capture card would be ideal.

I get Minecraft too. Back when I had my 1045t (though the CPU wasn’t great), it would run much slower. Just making the view distance smaller helped the frame rate. I think the issue is with RAM, even though most games today use only a few gigabytes. It might be because of Java and could be really inefficient with memory usage.
