Always opt for the B-die kit. Those chips perform well regardless of the packaging's stated speed.

For 3600 you need 3600. The cost matches the 3200 CL14, and the 2600 can handle it. (It might require a slight slowdown to 3200 CL14, but it ensures the 3600 performance, which the 3200 doesn't.) https://www.newegg.com/g-skill-16gb-288-...6820232195
