I can collect a 2x16GB 3600 CL16 kit the next day if I wish, though I’d have to sell my existing sticks. Still figuring out what to do. The RAM I have nearby is just 3600 CL16, which isn’t much of a deal.

Remains the top choice in value; 3600C18 and 3600C16 rank as the second best thanks to better availability at a fair price. If you wanted the absolute best, either 3600C14 or 4000C16 would work, though finding them on Zen 3 IMC can be tough without high-end Samsung or Micron B-Die support.
