3600 divided by 16 equals 225, 4000 divided by 17 is about 235.3, and 4000 divided by 18 comes to roughly 222.2. It's not that high unless you're okay giving up RGB options, maybe consider Team group Xtreem RGB kits?

I really don’t mind RGB, but those options only offered in RGB mean there aren’t many alternatives. Here are some better choices you might like.

235 units on a 2x16 setup looks reasonable, but the standout aspect is the high cost of the essential component.

The middle kit featuring 19-19-19-39 settings will handle 4400mhz with a slight voltage increase. I’d choose that one.

Check the specifications for 4400mhz support and the timing sequence. Confirm whether the kit matches your requirements before making a purchase decision.

It works with 19s. Your Intel kit (4267mhz cl19) is fine. At 4000mhz with 1.6v on the 16-16-16-36 2T, you shouldn't run into problems. Both of the linked kits will perform well.
