I recently acquired another model M. The adapter I received is an ISO version, but it has some issues: holding one key while pressing another while still holding the first causes the first key to be triggered as well. The ISO key between shift and z doesn’t function properly. I don’t have a PS/2 to USB adapter because I used native PS/2 until recently. All the recommended adapters online are no longer available. I need something that supports an extra ISO key, avoids 1-key-overroll problems, works for any keyboard-controlled game, allows hot swapping, and offers low latency. Please recommend something you can buy on Amazon or eBay that ships to Germany. Thanks! Also, I realize I almost forgot—my model M requires a real converter, not just a basic adapter with wires and plastic.

For most of my Model Ms projects, including both ANSI and ISO standards, I rely on a Perixx PERIPRO-401. I've been using the current model since 2021 and it hasn't performed well (it had one before in 2019 but was lost). The ISO key you mentioned functions for me, and I can't reproduce the press/unrelease problem you described. It supports 6KRO, which is sufficient for Model Ms; however, it could cause issues with a future Model F [AT] if purchased. It's sold on Amazon DE, though I note two points: the listing on Amazon DE is labeled "401B" whereas my unit (from Amazon UK) doesn't have "B" in its name. It's possible they updated the converter after purchase and altered or broke something. Alternatively, it might be that I already own a model with "B" and they didn't update the catalog correctly. The converter shell has undergone changes over time. My first unit (which I lost) resembles what's shown on Amazon, but the second one lacks the 'bubbly' logo piece (see attached photo). Either way, both versions worked similarly for me. Amazon DE listing: https://www.amazon.de/Perixx-PERIPRO-401...B008DFVQFW Amazon UK listing: https://www.amazon.co.uk/Perixx-PERIPRO-...B008DFVQFW
