Which title do you believe was the toughest for PCs in 2015? I'm focusing just on games released that year, especially those that heavily use both CPU and graphics power.
Witcher 3 stands out quite a bit, and boosting Grand Theft Auto V to that level would be quite the challenge.
Currently it's Fallout 4. Stephen Hawking seems to perform better than this title. I maintain an average of 30 frames per second across all settings (low-ultra). Of course, at ultra it drops to around 27 FPS, but it frequently falls between 15 and 20. I also managed to play Witcher 3 on medium-high with 50-60 FPS without any issues. I'm curious about how the Batman game is doing too.
GTA V stands out as one of the most demanding games when you boost advanced settings such as frame scaling. As each adjustment is increased, my GTX 970 struggled to maintain performance, often lagging at just one frame per minute.
Fallout 4 isn't the best across all these games I've tried—Arkham Knight, Witcher 3, GTA 5 all beat it. Probably Bethesda messed up the PC version.
This discussion reminds me how much better a sharper screen would be when I'm running GTA5 smoothly.
