Looking for recommendations on the top AIOs or air coolers that work well with an OCed 9900k running at 5.0GHz+. No price concerns, just focus on thermal efficiency. Thanks!

Top results would come from a 360mm AIO or a tailored loop setup. That price range falls around $200.

Top air cooler options include the Thermalright True Spirit 140 Power with sanded base, and the Le Grand Macho RT stock paired with Noctua NH-D15 or D15S. The Zalman model lacks sufficient details. Next up: Icegiant Prosiphon Elite, Arctic Liquid Freezer II 360.
