With a 1660 Super it's not the top tier, so I suggest a Ryzen 5 1600AF, a Ryzen 5 3600, or a Ryzen 5 2600 if you're on a tighter budget. Avoid spending on an x variant unless you need the extra clock speed—just make sure your board supports overclocking.
