Air cooling or water cooling doesn't matter. What's important is the value for money and no loss in performance, with more affordable being better. I expect a comparison with other products in the competition, and the best choice for this case would be like a cherry on top.

I suggest a 240mm AIO. These are available now for around 80 USD, though top models are near 100 USD. The Corsair H100i GTX is a good choice.
