The method you're referring to appears on Nexus but is labeled differently—some call it "better" or "enhanced lock picking." It may not function as expected on Nexus due to platform differences.
Engaging NPC Skyrim HD offering (alternative to ENB path) Boosts lighting and effects during dragon attacks. Ultimate follower update included.
I'm not familiar with EZ Lock Picking, but you might want to check out this link: http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/29979/. The Lock Overhaul mod lets you break locks using weapons or magic and even auto-pick them based on your skill level. It's fully customizable through the Mod Control Menu. Immersive Creatures is another solid addition.
Not sure I really understand what your asking for, but I think you're asking for quest mods and minor reward quests. Interesting NPCs alone is a ridiculous amount of content. Good quality content too, not just small stuff. Though there are a few of smaller story elements or quick easy things added as well. Some of the larger story arcs take a while to do and span the breath of skyrim, and can get a bit more complex by intertwining smaller stories or many characters into larger story arcs. Get it's most current version and any patches you'd require for it from their site http://3dnpc.com/ (primarily dragonborn, hearthfire & dawnguard patches). By FAR the best quest/content mod. Like, super far. I'm LVL95 finished the game, finished the DLCs, falskaar, the grey cowl of nocturnal but still haven't finished 3dnpc and it's been intalled and running from the get go. It still has the best voice acting (or VA audio quality actually) from any mod I've seen. Shit, it even adds a bunch of music too. Offers a fair amount of reward items without whoring itself out giving a mess of over powered weapons/armours. It's just the right amount where once you get them, they'll stay on display in your primary home for a long time, if not permanently. They actually "feel" like trophies and not a "I was here" T-shirt/thing, at least to me. The folks behind interesting NPCs are terrible human-beings as they've made all other quest mods seem to fall short (j/k 3dnpc I love you ppl) Falskaar - its good. Adds several hours of gameplay and story. It's no 3DNPC, and some of the forced followers are a pain since they're all super weak, get in the way and enemies are 4 times stronger than most on tamriel. I had to revert back to previous saves a few times because they took damage from an AOE or otherwise got in my way or my real followers way and ended up fighting me instead of the actual baddies. Ultimately I had to send my follower packing and alter my play style to conform to the needs of the mod. Don't be or bring destruction mages and you'll be able to do it. Not being a close quarters combat type will help too. Fortunately the force follower parts are few, and besides everyone in skyrim is an archer anyways, so it's not that bad. Story is fairly standard fair. Has the foundation to be much more, but IMO is missing depth and delivery. Don't get me wrong. I enjoyed it, recommend it and think that the modders have done (and still are working on it) a great job. It's a solid weekend killer. Helgen Reborn - falls between 3DNPC and falskaar. Took a substantial amount of time without getting monotonous, since you can break from it and do other stuff. Story's there, solid, enjoyable and rewarding. Don't have the mod in your load order for a new game, it doesn't work very well and bad things happen if you do(experience). Just check it once you've completed the beginning. The Grey Cowl of Nocturnal - I haven't played the latest release so won't say much. There is a spoiler FAQ available on it's download page, and man did I ever use it. Pretty sure people that played oblivion have an edge here, I however have not. Also I assume a lot of the story relies on nostalgia and some pretty heavy lore knowledge to carry it. But even without having that I enjoyed it quit a bit in a gameplay mechanics sort of way. A lot of rewards half of which are super over powered of the god mode variety. Shezries Old Hroldan - Seems to be MIA Looking forward to playing Rochebere (hopefully soon)
I checked and it's referred to as a less sensitive lock-picking method on Nexus, yet in Skyrim data files it appears as EZ lock-picking.
