I've noticed 4.5, 4.55GHz across all cores. Or a CCX 4.6GHz paired with another CCX 4.5GHz from different sources. My setup can only run one CCX 4.4GHz, while the other CCX models are limited to 4.3GHz. Anyway, I believe the OP isn't very skilled at overclocking. Stock performance is already quite strong—4.0 to 4.1GHz all-core and a 4.6GHz single-core boost. It should work well for most users.
