I rely on Outlook's built-in RSS reader, which gives me one central place for RSS feeds and emails. It functions well—it doesn’t download or load full pages, just the content they want (often a simple list or image). You have a direct link to each page, and it works smoothly. I’m not sure if it’s the absolute best option yet.

I use Feedly as my service and reader on PC. I have gReader Pro with Android.
