Avoid using it unless you have serious issues with your registry. Cleaner offers a built-in registry tool. I’d only recommend it if you’re facing major problems.

a problem with my computer happened and now its all slow and I couldn't get on here on it so I can't change it yet so I asked on here and one said that it might be because ofof a registry issuse but didn't recommend one so thanks

ccleaner AVG PC optimization also functions, offering additional features beyond what ccleaner provides, though it carries a higher chance of causing issues and isn't free.

I previously relied on Registry Mechanic, which worked well, but Symantec acquired it and integrated it into their own software. Recently, using it on a PC caused part of the Windows directory to be removed, requiring a repair. I’d also recommend CCcleaner, but monitor what it deletes from the registry.
