I chose BO3 because of the 25% discount at Green man gaming. Is it the top spot for purchases? Do you receive all the maps available on Steam, and is the Nuke Town bonus map included?

Skip the VAT charges, I need to account for the 21% VAT too when purchasing on G2A. I've used 'outside of europe 0% VAT' all along and haven't run into any issues before.

He replied to my emails about GreenMangaming, mentioning I didn’t receive the bonus map or the customization from pre-order. I’m wondering if everything will be the same or if I preordered first and got those perks.
