Hello, after much thought I decided to sell my old motherboard and CPU. I currently own an Asus P9X79 WS and an Intel i7-3820. I’m aiming for about 200 dollars, which isn’t a lot, but it’s enough to upgrade without needing a TPM chip for Windows 11. My main concern is getting the best performance possible with that budget.

Need additional RAM as well. You have two years left, so it's better to prepare some savings rather than opting for a cheaper, lower-quality setup.

You'd get excellent value with an A520 Board and a Ryzen 5 3600. The R5 remains a solid choice for its price, especially if you don’t require top-tier features and you already have DDR4 RAM installed.
