I'm assembling my initial PC and have chosen the i5-6600k. I'm planning to overclock and need a water cooler. I don't know which one to choose but my case can accommodate two 240mm fans. I'm on a very tight budget. Thank you.

It will function similarly to any other 2x120 closed loop cooler — most units use identical parts from various makers, only differing in branding or labeling.

Some Corsair H series coolers perform excellently. The H60 was effective for my 4790K before I prioritized a completely quiet system during overclocking.

When considering the expense of sealed systems, an effective air cooler can provide comparable performance at a lower cost.

For the price of most closed loop coolers, you can also opt for a decent air cooler which will work similarly. What would be a suitable air cooler like the Noctua dg14 or dh15? I was considering an Enermax Liqmax 240 as a water cooler—does it perform well?

It will be identical to any other 2x120 closed loop cooler, with most parts from various manufacturers using the same components just under different names.
