The most affordable 3200 CL16 2x16GB package you’ll find is still limited. The main reason for sticking with AM4 right now is cost, so investing more than needed in RAM or a motherboard isn’t worthwhile, particularly since the 5700X3D doesn’t see much improvement in performance beyond what the 3DVcache provides. Are you assembling a new setup or upgrading an existing one? If it’s a fresh build, consider starting with AM5—it offers a genuine upgrade route and keeps overall costs similar by the time you start evaluating the 5700X3D.
