Looking at the gigabyte aorus pro wifi. Looks perfect at 180 usd but ive seen a couple reviews mention some crazy high dpc latency on this board when tested. 3 times as high as tge competition. Worried this could cause stuttering in games like bfv.
The DPC latency concern doesn't seem to be a big deal. I upgraded to prevent stuttering, which makes it a bit concerning. AnandTech mentioned it and another review confirmed it's even worse. The board in question appears to be a Gigabyte Z390 AORUS Pro Wi-Fi motherboard. The next most affordable solid option outside the Gigabyte range is the ASUS Strix Z90-E, though its voltage regulation isn't perfect. The Maximus model offers superior VRRM but costs about 280, which is roughly 100 more than the Gigabyte version.
